SUMMARY
Sanjay Srivastava brings a unique combination of operationalizing AI at enterprise-scale, real-time intelligence on where AI is returning on capital, and early visibility into how frontier tech is evolving.
As Chief Digital Officer at Genpact, he built and deployed AI across industries; spanning technology and strategy, platform builds, M&A, and organizational change; and can evaluate management’s technology decisions from an operator’s vantage point.
As Founder and Chair of the Executive Technology Board, a collective intelligence think tank of roughly 250 Fortune 1000 c-level technology officers driving AI-led transformation, he has continuous visibility into how peer enterprises are approaching AI, architecture, and risk.
As Venture Partner of Masagroup Ventures, investing in and directing agentic AI startups at the frontier, he sees what is coming next in AI and emerging tech before it reaches enterprise boardrooms.
Sanjay’s perspective is grounded in three decades of experience building, operating, and scaling technology businesses. At Genpact, he ran a ~$1B digital business, launched an enterprise AI platform, and led multiple M&A transactions including the firm’s first AI acquisition. Technology transformations he has led have been global in scope, and required navigating regulatory environments, data governance, and workforce transitions. That experience informs how he thinks about AI: as a strategic variable that touches process design, operating models, organizational culture and business model resilience.
Previously, he founded/co-founded four venture-backed companies; in enterprise SaaS, predictive algorithmic software, data center automation, and edge networking; achieving successful exits to Genpact, FIS, BMC, and Akamai. In several cases he stayed on to further scale the business inside the acquirer, gaining fluency in M&A from both the founder and acquirer’s vantage points. That dual vantage point is most useful where technology strategy, capital allocation, and business model evolution intersect, and assumptions benefit from pressure-testing against direct operating experience.
Today he works across three domains: governing enterprise transformation as a board director and senior advisor to technology CEOs, investing at the frontier of agentic AI and knowledge graphs, and leading a think tank of 250 Fortune 1000 technology officers driving transformation across industries and geographies.
