By design
AI is moving faster than anyone's operating manual, and for most of what matters now there is no manual at all. In that environment the collective intelligence of peers is the most reliable guide available. What is hard to find is a room where that intelligence actually surfaces: independent, peer only, held to real discipline about how competitors share a room, and granular enough to be useful. What was tried, what it took, what broke, what is working now.
