Amsterdam Board Meeting

Amsterdam Board Meeting

April 29/30, 2026 | Hosted at ASML, Veldhoven. NE

April 29: The Pace of Change in a world of AI

In a world where AI is colliding with silicon at unprecedented scale, the pace pf change now is the slowest it will ever be. The Amsterdam session brings the Executive Technology Board into the heart of the semiconductor ecosystem with ASML, whose technology underpins the world’s compute capacity.

Digital transformation is no longer a “technology program” – it is how large enterprises fundamentally compete, grow, allocate capital, and operate to deliver shareholder returns. The full agenda is work in progress, but the core shape of the day is clear: a closed-door boardroom conversation on AI-enabled transformation, including a deep, inside look at how ASML is re-imagining its own business in the age of AI.

Closed-Door Executive Sessions

Confidential, Chatham House discussions among CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and CAIOs focused on:

  • How AI is reshaping digital transformation roadmaps and investment theses
  • Architectures that can absorb rapid innovation without creating fragility
  • Operating models that align product, platforms, and business outcomes

Inside ASML – Digital & AI in Practice:

  • A deep dive into how ASML approaches digital transformation across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and services
  • A “behind the scenes” tour into the heart of lithography and advances in semiconductor technology

ASML sits at the center of a uniquely demanding environment:

  • ultra-complex, safety-critical engineering
  • global supply chains and long-cycle capital programs
  • massive data exhaust from design, manufacturing, and field operations

This setting creates a powerful context for our discussions on:

  • running AI at industrial scale
  • designing resilient, interoperable platform architectures
  • evolving operating models across business, IT, and engineering

April 30: Optional Day 2 in Amsterdam with Europe’s leading Startups

Based on member request for a deeper, granular and non-sales-pitch type engagement, we are planning a “hands on” working session with half a dozen leading Europe-based AI startups. We will do this in a small working group in a closed door format - and collaboratively build “agentic AI systems” using their technologies.

We are currently speaking with Hugging Face, Loveable, Eleven Labs, Miro, N8N, Synthesia (and others) to structure the half day session, and as the program finalizes, we will have each of the founders/CEOs in the room to assist with the work-out. This is an exciting program in the making! Please let us know if you will be joining the Day 2 in your invite response.
