Attendance

We have an 9am start, and the meeting ends at 530 with optional dinner afterwards. We ask you block the entire time for the full agenda; this is a discussion amongst our members, and continuity and engagement is key to success for the day.

Rules

The Executive Technology Board fosters the exchange of learnings and best practices but not information that can be viewed as anticompetitive or violative of antitrust laws. All closed session discussions from the Executive Technology Board follow Chatham House rules, in a provider-absent, vendor-neutral, peer-group-only board meeting format.

Frame

The meeting is hands-on, discussion-based around co-created agenda topics, and conducted in a boardroom setting. Pre-read materials are sent out prior to the meeting and members come to the meeting prepared for a deep discussion and debate in an effort to cull our collective intelligence across experiences and learnings. No slides or pitches are ever used.
