8am - 12noon:

What’s Real Today (Closed-Door Member-only session)

Agentic AI has captured imaginations - where is it actually delivering value today?

This morning session is designed to surface the most grounded, ROI-positive examples from enterprise deployments—whether assistive AI agents or more autonomous Agentic AI (Definitions are here). We’ll lean on each other’s lived experience to build a realistic snapshot of the current state, and a practical, experience-based playbook for overcoming common blockers.

Our plan

  • What’s real today: Each member to share one concrete use case that’s shown ROI or real traction
  • Extract solutions for blockers: Identify the top 2–3 shared barriers to moving forward and crowdsource different ways this group has tackled it
  • Build the playbook: Leave with a practical framework of “what’s working, what’s in the way, and how to move through it”

Please be prepared to discuss

  1. What’s one use case that has delivered/will deliver meaningful impact? Was it assistive (AI agent) or autonomous (Agentic AI)?
  2. What has been your hardest blocker in progressing this work? How have you and others begun to overcome that challenge?

The outcome we want

A shared map of what’s real, where the edge is, and how this group is navigating the transition from pilots to production.

Lunch 12noon - 1pm

Birds of a Feather Table Discussion

1pm - 5:30pm:

Looking Around the Corner (Guest Members join)

With the morning grounded in the now, the afternoon shifts to the near horizon: What’s next in platforms, architecture, and capability? We will debate with industry builders, platform leaders, and research voices on where things are going - so we can anticipate how our strategies, systems, and organizations must evolve.

Our plan

  • Scan the horizon for emerging capabilities in agentic AI - planning, memory, autonomy, multi-agent collaboration
  • Understand how platform and enterprise architecture are shifting - open protocols, orchestration layers, governance mechanisms
  • Explore what operating at scale looks like: what’s required to get there?
  • Decode platform provider directionality: how are leaders reshaping around agents/agentic?

Please be prepared to question

  • How are agent capabilities evolving, and what will be ready in the next 12–18 months?
  • What architectural models are proving effective at supporting autonomy across systems?
  • What early patterns are forming in industry adoption - and what’s breaking?
  • How should we think about organizing for autonomy - what operating model shifts are on the horizon?

Dinner 615pm - 900pm

Board dinner and continuing group conversations.
