Redefining Digital Transformation
Digital transformation has moved beyond traditional IT-led projects, evolving into strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives focused on sustained business value, exceptional customer experiences, and organizational agility. Enterprises today must align digital ambitions directly with broader business objectives, navigate complex regulatory environments, and remain agile amid economic volatility, all while effectively integrating transformative technologies—such as AI, cloud computing, and advanced data platforms—to drive meaningful innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
The key questions are: Where is AI actually delivering measurable ROI today, and what patterns are emerging in how it is being deployed and governed? How can organizations secure genuine alignment and buy-in across all business functions? What practical methods exist to accurately measure and demonstrate tangible business value from digital investments? How can customer experience become the central pillar of digital initiatives? In what ways can enterprises proactively build agility to swiftly respond to regulatory changes and economic pressures? And finally, what proven approaches exist to successfully embed emerging technologies, avoiding transient trends and ensuring continuous, scalable transformation?
New Organizational Models in the Age of AI
Artificial Intelligence is fundamentally reshaping organizational structures and redefining how enterprises operate, collaborate, and create value. Traditional boundaries between human and machine work are shifting, prompting organizations to rethink their operating models, governance frameworks, and team structures to accommodate effective human-AI collaboration.
The key questions are: What does an AI-ready organizational structure look like in practice, and how should enterprises redefine roles, responsibilities, and workflows for optimal human-AI partnership? How do governance and accountability models need to evolve to manage AI-driven processes effectively? What leadership competencies are crucial in navigating organizations through AI-driven structural transformations? Will product based organization structures evolve to workflow based organization structures as AI comes to be mature in enterprises? And finally, how can enterprises ensure clear operational alignment and maintain flexibility as AI continues to evolve?
People and Platforms: Rethinking Change in the AI Era
The success of transformation hinges on more than just people or technology—it relies on their dynamic interplay. While stakeholder alignment and cultural readiness remain critical, the emergence of powerful AI systems demands a fresh look at the very platforms and engagement models we build upon. Many enterprises now find themselves entangled in legacy systems of engagement that are heavy, rigid, and misaligned with the agility demanded by AI-driven workflows.
The key questions are: What are the most effective practices to engage stakeholders and build genuine alignment across diverse business functions? How can enterprises proactively cultivate a culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous learning? What proven upskilling and capability-building approaches best equip people to thrive in a digital and AI-augmented environment? As AI matures, what assumptions need to be challenged about future of SaaS and the the architecture, integration, and future role of these platforms? How should enterprises define and measure success, and which human-centric and system-level metrics matter most?
A Deep Dive: Digital Initiative driving Sustainability in Wine Production
Pernod Ricard is leveraging AI to drive sustainability across its global wine ecosystem. This digital initiative optimizes yield and reduces environmental impact based on the machine learnt algorithms using data from its owned vineyards. The platform is offered to external growers that account for 80% of the production volume, as sustainability is seen as a shared industry goal, not a competitive wedge. The system recommends precise sustainable farming techniques based on soil and other factors, reducing water usage and CO₂ emissions, and improving economic output, and furthers compliance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Tradition and Technology: A Tour of the Mumm Champagne Cellar
Maison Mumm is owned by Pernod Ricard, a French multinational spirits and wine company, ranking among the world's largest wine and spirits producers, with more than $13B in revenue some 20,000 employees. A behind the scenes guided cellar tour of Maison Mumm will show the synergies between tradition and technology, which plays a key role in winemaking, quality control, bottling and sustainability.
